What does Bruin Consulting look for in an applicant?

BC looks for motivated, hard-working individuals with a passion for problem-solving. Successful applicants demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Most importantly, we are looking for applicants who will meaningfully contribute to our organization.

Do I need to be a specific year or major to apply?

We are looking for first and second year UCLA students. All majors are encouraged to apply!

How do I prepare for the recruitment process?

We recommend getting your resume ready early! Be sure to highlight your recent accomplishments and leadership experience, using the appropriate business-resume format.

Are all members of BC only interested in consulting?

While several members of Bruin Consulting are passionate about pursuing a career in consulting, our members have a variety of professional interests including investment banking, finance, data analytics, software engineering, and product management.
